Coordinated a formal luncheon for a local nonprofit, handling event planning, venue layout, room configuration, vendor communication, catering coordination, décor sourcing, timeline planning, and on-site logistics. The goal was to create a polished, welcoming, and respectful environment for guests while ensuring the event flowed smoothly from setup through service and cleanup. This project reflects both behind-the-scenes organization and day-of event execution.

Developed a custom 48 page Realtor coaching workbook for a 4-week business-building class, with each week focused on a different area of growth. The workbook included curriculum development, in-class activities, homework assignments, goal-setting worksheets, SMART goals, weekly planning tools, and the BizBuildWheel framework. This resource was designed to help agents build practical lead generation habits, improve marketing consistency, and create accountability.

Designed a professional trifold brochure for a home inspection and environmental testing company. The project included layout design, service organization, client-friendly messaging, contact information, and clear explanations of home inspections, 4-point inspections, wind mitigation reports, pool/spa inspections, mold testing, radon testing, asbestos testing, and lead-based paint testing. The goal was to turn technical service information into an easy-to-read marketing piece.

Planned and executed a holiday celebration for a local nonprofit’s members and volunteers, including room layout, table setup, décor planning, food coordination, vendor communication, timeline support, and day-of logistics. The event was designed to feel warm, organized, festive, and welcoming while creating a meaningful experience for attendees. This project highlights event planning, budget-conscious design, guest experience, and hands-on execution.

Created an 8 page buyer-focused booklet for Realtors to help communicate the full value of a buyer’s agent from consultation to closing. The booklet included educational content, a 50-point buyer agent checklist, home search priorities, buying timeline, inspection and appraisal guidance, closing checklist, and post-closing support. This project combined real estate knowledge, copywriting, layout design, and client education into a polished resource agents could use with buyers.

Designed a double-sided rack card for a local nonprofit sporting clays event to be distributed at area clay shoot events and gun shows. The card was created as a printed marketing piece on card stock with clear event details, sponsorship information, registration direction, and a strong call-to-action. This project combined print design, event messaging, audience targeting, and promotional strategy to help reach potential shooters, sponsors, and supporters.

Planned and executed a sold-out, full-day real estate event and expo hosted at a local hotel using multiple ballroom spaces. Coordinated the venue, room flow, speakers, vendors, catering, coffee/light breakfast, and lunch. The event welcomed 100+ Realtors and affiliates, featured rotating speaker sessions, a vendor expo room, sponsor participation, giveaways, and included four educational sessions I personally taught.

Created a customized marketing piece for a Realtor to use at open houses, community events, and as a potential mailer. Designed to introduce the agent, highlight her brand, build credibility, and create a polished first impression with buyers and sellers. These pieces are tailored to each agent’s goals, audience, market, and message, helping them show up professionally and stay memorable beyond a single conversation.

Created a member newsletter for a local nonprofit to share updates, upcoming events, fundraising information, rental opportunities, and community news in a clear, organized format. Newsletters are a valuable relationship-building tool for nonprofits, Realtors, and small business owners because they keep audiences informed, engaged, and top of mind while creating a meaningful touchpoint without feeling overly sales-focused.

Created customized greeting cards for Realtors, lenders, nonprofits, and local business owners to use as meaningful follow-up after client, referral, donor, or event interactions. Each card can include custom branding, messaging, logo, and contact information, then be printed locally, folded, signed, matched with envelopes, hand addressed, and prepared for mailing to create a personal touchpoint that strengthens relationships.

Created a customized farming mailer for a top-producing Realtor to generate listing opportunities in a targeted neighborhood. The piece combined local credibility, recent success, personal branding, property imagery, persuasive copy, and a clear call-to-action. Designed to stand out from standard market updates, this style of mailer helps agents build recognition, start conversations, and create new opportunities in established neighborhoods or new home communities.
